What is your order processing time?

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. Orders placed during major sales, holidays, or promotions may take up to 7 business days to process.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

No, no changes can be made once an order is submitted. This includes changes to the address, shipping method, or the items purchased.

Should I book my hair appointment before receiving my order?

No, we do not recommend scheduling an appointment before receiving and reviewing your order. Hair By Natalie B. is not responsible for cancellation fees assessed by your stylist or salon.

Are you responsible for product alterations after purchase?

Hair By Natalie B. is not responsible for any alterations made to products after purchase. This includes installations, coloring, cutting, or any modifications.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final with no exceptions.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days after processing is complete. Orders will arrive via USPS, and tracking will be provided via email. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. All transactions are secured, and credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
