Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. Orders placed during major sales, holidays, or promotions may take up to 7 business days to process.

Shipping Time: Orders ship within 1-3 business days after processing is complete. Orders will arrive via USPS, and tracking will be provided via email. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Please note: Raw Indian hair orders ship directly from India to our warehouse. Processing time may be extended (2-3 weeks) due to international transit and customs.

After your package has been transferred to USPS, any shipping delays, transit issues, or delivery concerns fall under the responsibility of the carrier. We encourage customers to follow up with USPS directly regarding tracking or delivery inquiries.
