I made my purchase on 9/11/25 and today 10/4/25 , I still have not received my package. I attempted to reach out to the company via email, social media and still have not been contact d regarding my purchase. I reached out to USPS to Track my order but they confirmed I did not receive my order but is located somewhere out of the state in a facility. I was encouraged to contact the company for a refund but still waiting on a response. I don’t think I will ordering from this company again.

Poor customer service!

I typically buy the kinky straight hair -this was my 3rd purchase. This time the bag and the hair smelled like raw fish. I soaked the hair and it’s better but I think I have to change.

I am having it installed next week. I will do a video review & tag the stylist. Great sized bundles. Very nice texture so far so good.

The texture of the hair was light and silky however, it tangled up and it didn’t stay straight. It will get real puffy throughout the day. I tried several different products to help with that, but it did not work so it was definitely money wasted. A word for maybe three weeks 3 to 4 weeks.
